I was baptized Roman Catholic, and one of my earliest memories
is celebrating the Eucharist (actually the Tridentine Mass, in Latin) for my family in the living room on a foot stool (it
was the perfect height for a 4 year-olds altar). In high school (Carmel High
School in Mundelein, IL) I felt called to the priesthood, and took several pre-seminary courses. But, I found bodily ‘things’ (read that GIRLS) and rejected the call.
After the years I felt something missing. I was struggling/drowning, and didn’t realize it. I
was addicted to many things, especially on the internet, and needed help.
I was born again many years ago, but the Roman Catholic Church
seemed too rigid. I found the Church of the Seven Planes (CSP), and was ordained
in August,2003, but their Creed of “One God, Many Names” just really didn’t fit with my Christianity. I went searching further. I joined the
Order of St. James and Order of St. Michael through the CSP site, and read a letter posted to the group by Bishop Martin
Maguire, a Catholic (reformed/old Catholic) priest, married & with children, from Lakeland, FL, and pastor of St. Philip
Neri Reformed Catholic Church. Needless to say, I was intrigued. I went to his church’s site and linked to First International Church of the Web (FICOTW); and after
prayer, applied and was ordained an independent minister. Their creed was Christian, and they had a “mortar & brick”
church, which CSP doesn’t. I felt much better, but something was still
missing.

After attending Mass several times at St. Philip Neri (StPN),
and conversing with Fr. McGuire, I studied and prayed (I continue to struggle, study and pray on many subjects, not the least
are Theology and the Scriptures). I was graced with ordination as a priest (in
Apostolic Succession of St. Peter) on Pentecost Sunday (May 15, 2005) by Bishop (then Archbishop) McGuire. I founded Regina Caeli Old-Catholic Ministries, and began working with the St. Vincent de Paul Soup Kitchen
in Clearwater, Fl, and now also St. Dunstan's Food Bank in Largo, FL.
I was consecrated Bishop by +McGuire on Pentacost Sunday, June 4, 2006 in Lakeland, FL. Unfortunately, due to (currently) irreconcilable differences
(Scriptural and Practical) within St. Philip Neri Reformed Catholic Church, I have severed my ties with StPNrCC.
I was consecrated (sub-condicione) bishop by the Most Reverend Rodney Rickard, Presiding
Bishop, Reformed Catholic Church of America on Trinity Sunday, June 4, 2007 at the Chapel of Admiral Farragot Academy,
St. Petersburg, FL
I was invited to join the Christian Missionary Anglican Community
(CMAC). I have been elevated to Archbishop for the State of Florida (by the CMAC)(which, unfortunately seems to have
disappeared after the illness of +Groover), and most especially the Diocese of the Florida Suncoast. I do not accept
the title "Archbishop", though. "Archbishop" is incompatable with the canons and Theology of the Old-Catholic Church.
ALL bishops are equal, and the only Archbishop is the Archbishop of Ultrecht, by historical reasons.
I
am in full communion with the Society of the Cross (under the Right Rev. Robert D. Conley, SC [who, unfortunately went home
to the Lord in June of 2008]), Parkersburg, WV.
I am also: Major in the Florida Brigade of the United
States Corps of Chaplains (Executive Officer); member of the Emergency Medical and Community Chaplans Association; Chaplain
for the AMVETS, Post 67 (USS Cole, Clearwater, FL), a member and the chaplain for DVERT (Dunedin Volunteer Emergency Response
Team, Dunedin's CERT).
I am certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress as a CATSM (certified Acute Traumatic Stress Manager), a
Certified Chaplain by the Community Chaplains of America and a Christian Councelor by the American Association of Christian
Councelors.
I was employed by the Hernando-Pasco Hospice as a staff RN at the Marliere Care Center in New Port Richey, FL. but
resigned, after both my parents went to their rewards this past year. I am presently employed by Ready Nurse, a staffing
agency, covering home continuous care for Hospice patients in the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.
Also, I am proud to say that I am listed in Marquis' "Who's Who in America - 2009" (as I was in 2008) and also in Marquis'
"Who's Who in the World - 2009"
