I was baptized Roman Catholic, and one of my earliest memories
is celebrating the Eucharist (actually the Tridentine Mass, in Latin) for my family in the living room on a foot stool (it
was the perfect height for a 4 year-old's altar). In high school (Carmel Catholic
High School in Mundelein, IL) I felt called to the priesthood, and attended pre-seminary.
But, I found bodily ‘things’ (read that GIRLS) and rejected the call.
Through the years I felt something missing. I was struggling/drowning, and didn’t realize it. I
was addicted to many things, especially on the internet, and needed help.
I was born again many years ago, but the Roman Catholic Church
seemed too rigid. I found an internet "church" and was ordained in August,2003,
but their Creed of “One God, Many Names” just really didn’t fit with my concept Christianity or Theology. I went searching further. I read
a letter posted to a group by Bishop Martin Maguire, a Catholic (reformed/old Catholic) priest, married & with
children, from Lakeland, FL, and pastor of St. Philip Neri Reformed Catholic Church.
Needless to say, I was intrigued.
After attending Mass several times at St. Philip Neri (StPN),
and conversing with Fr. (actually Bishop) McGuire, I studied, prayed (I continue to struggle, study and pray on many subjects,
not the least are Theology and the Scriptures) and completed my Masters Degree in Divinity (M.Div.) at Universal School of
Theology. I was graced with ordination as a priest (in Apostolic Succession of
St. Peter) on Pentecost Sunday (May 15, 2005) by Bishop (then Archbishop) McGuire. I
founded Regina Caeli Ministries, and began working with the St. Vincent de Paul Soup Kitchen in Clearwater, Fl, and now also St.
Dunstan's Anglican Church in Largo, FL.
I was consecrated Bishop by +McGuire on Pentacost Sunday, June 4, 2006 in Lakeland, FL. Unfortunately, due to (currently) irreconcilable differences
(Scriptural and Practical) within St. Philip Neri Reformed Catholic Church, I have severed my ties with StPNrCC.
I have since renounced my episcopacy.
I have been assisting at St. Dunstan's Anglican Church in Largo, Florida since 2006, (as I stated above) and am proud to say
that I am about to be ordained (sub-condicione) into the Anglican Church of North America, Diocese of Quincy, IL, by
the Right Reverand Abbot J. Alberto Morales, OSB in October, 2010, to serve under the Diocese and Fr. Ed Sellers, rector
of St. Dunstan's.
+Morales is the Bishop-elect of the Diocese of Quincy and the Abbot of the Abbey of St. Benedict in Bartonville, Illinois.
Also, I am proud to say that I am listed in Marquis' "Who's Who in America-2009" (as well as in 2008) and also in
Marquis' "Who's Who in the World - 2009"
